Terms of use
These Terms govern access to the website at networksecurityhub.digital and the professional audit engagements offered by Network Security Hub (“we,” “us”). By using the site or commissioning services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or request engagements. Organisation users confirm they have authority to bind their employer when submitting briefing requests or signing statements of work.
Services
We provide independent audits and related reviews for fintech organisations, including controls audits, readiness reviews, diligence packs, and remediation follow-ups. Website descriptions are informational. Binding scope, fees, and timelines appear only in a written statement of work accepted by both parties.
No guarantee of regulatory or investment outcomes
Our work assesses evidence and control design within agreed scope. We do not guarantee licence approvals, investor commitments, or the absence of future findings by other reviewers.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and our methodologies remain our property. Deliverables prepared for a client are licensed to that client for internal governance, regulatory, and diligence use. Redistribution as a commercial product or training curriculum requires prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely access to evidence and personnel, and decisions on remediation ownership. Delays in evidence may extend timelines and fees as set out in the statement of work.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Taiwan law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for competing commercial databases. Fee figures and case descriptions on the site are illustrative and may change.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, unless a statement of work specifies a different venue for that engagement.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for site use. Engagement contracts already signed remain governed by their own change clauses.
