Privacy policy

This Privacy policy explains how Network Security Hub (“we”) collects and uses personal data when you visit networksecurityhub.digital or inquire about audits for fintech.

Data controller

Network Security Hub is the controller for website inquiries and marketing notes. Engagement workpapers may also process personal data contained in client evidence under a statement of work; in those cases contractual terms describe roles and instructions.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, organisation, message content).
  • Engagement preference fields such as selected service and preferred start window.
  • Technical logs reasonably required to operate the site (for example IP address and browser type) when essential cookies or hosting logs apply.
  • Optional analytics data only if you accept analytics cookies — see our cookies page.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to briefing requests, prepare fee ranges, deliver contracted audits, send optional briefing notes you subscribe to, and meet legal record-keeping duties in Taiwan.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a contract follows. Engagement records are retained for at least seven years or longer when regulation or dispute holds require. Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows the durations listed in the cookies table.

User rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing including direct marketing. To exercise rights, email hello@networksecurityhub.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority.

International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used (for example email or analytics infrastructure), we apply contractual safeguards and only transfer what is necessary for the stated purpose. Where you reject analytics cookies, analytics transfers do not occur.

Security

We apply access controls and least-privilege practices appropriate to a small professional practice. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal data through the public contact form.

Updates

We may revise this policy by posting an updated version on this page with a revised date implied by publication. Material changes to engagement processing are also addressed in statements of work.
